Cleanco organises training program in Germany

Cleanco believes that the knowledge is the basic element of excellence in any field and therefore we regularly organize profitable training sessions for our employees.

Cleanco recently sent Mr. M. G. Haridas, Marketing Manager and Mr. S. Bawa, Operational Manager, to Germany for a week long training program at one of the pioneers of the industry, Hefter Group. Based in Chiemsee, Germany, the Hefter Group is a leader of innovative technology for floor cleaning systems.

These technologies are designed to reduce time and manual work in cleaning process to a minimum. Founded in 1963, the Hefter group launched Hefter Cleantech Gmbh in 1993 and it was recently awarded DIN EN 9001:2000 for the distribution and service of Floor cleaning systems. HEFTER Cleantech manufacturers in Germany and Hungary and sells its products more than 30 countries.

Cleanco later received a letter from George and Sonja Hefter applauding its efforts and for arranging a highly beneficial training session and expressed their pleasure at a cordial business relationship.

Cleanco's pursuit of excellence is not just limited training sessions on the technical frontiers, but it also explores other facets of the organizational brilliance and therefore we continuously enroll our executives for various programs. Recently three of Cleanco's experienced professionals enrolled for training by Meirc Training & Consulting which is an independent multinational firm with more than 50 years of experience in the fields of management and human resources.
 
Mr. Sunderaraman, Internal Auditor took the training for "Strategic Thinking and Planning" held at J.W. Marriott Hotel, Dubai. The program is aimed to define the strategic planning and control process and its main components. It enables to understand and apply strategic thinking and develop organizational and departmental strategies. Using the organization's strategy to determine Key Performance Indicators KPIs to draft an organizational balanced scorecard are the main elements of this program that helps one convert a strategic plan to an operating plan.
 
Mr. Mohammed Afzal, Finance Manager, enchanced his skills with a "Mastering Business and Financial Modeling" program at Sheraton Khalidiyah Hotel, Abu Dhabi. The program is designed for Business analysts and professionals, supervisors and staff from any function including finance who need to improve their understanding and use of Microsoft Excel as an important tool to produce more effective and effient work.
 
Mr. M.G. Haridas, Marketing and Sales Manager, also sharpened his skills with a program on "Strategic Sales Planning and Territory Management". The program is aimed at Marketing professionals, Marketing Managers, Marketing Assistants and sales personnal who are involved in marketing activites. It defines the concept and scope of strategic marketing and better understand the process of strategic planning. It also coaches one to apply the techniques used in preparing the strategic marketing plan and develop the components of strategic marketing planning
